Jill  Cable has worked in secondary schools, Sixth Form College and Further Education, first as a teacher, then as a manager delivering a range of academic and vocational programmes. She has undertaken research projects on tutorial systems, on the impact of 1:1 interviews and she delivers training in motivational interviewing for tutors.

Recently Jill has been working as an Area Coordinator for a local authority supporting schools to work collaboratively towards the delivery of the 14-19 Curriculum. She is still working for a local LSC on the 14-19 agenda.
